Roasted chickpeas

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can chickpeas
  2. Harissa
  3. Olive oil

Appliances required:

  1. Oven-safe pan

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400F
  2. Drain chickpeas
  3. Coat chickpeas in olive oil in the pan
  4. Coat chickpeas in harissa
  5. Bake 40 minutes, shaking pan vigorously at 20 minute mark

Notes:

  1. This also works pretty well with dill
  2. This goes well with Greek salad
